(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Bahraini forces have attacked a female protester in the southeastern village of Malikiyah as regime troops continue their deadly crackdown on demonstrators.
In addition, activists in the village have pledged to intensify their rallies.
Meanwhile, a young boy has been shot and injured by pro-regime thugs in the Bahraini village of A'ali, reporter said on Saturday.
Since mid-February, thousands of anti-government protesters have been staging regular demonstrations in the streets of Bahrain, calling on the US-backed Al Khalifa royal family to relinquish power.
On March 14, 2011, troops from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates invaded the country to assist Bahraini rulers in their brutal crackdown on peaceful anti-government protesters.
According to local sources, scores of people have been killed and hundreds arrested in the regime crackdown on peaceful protests.
